What is MapCaller and what is it used for?
MapCaller is an extension for working with business contacts directly in Google Maps.
You can open a business, continue to a phone call or WhatsApp, record the contact result,
add a comment, and see the previous history when you return to the same business.
This helps organize outbound work and preserve the context of each contact.
Do I need to move businesses into a separate CRM?
Not for the basic workflow. MapCaller is designed so that users can continue working
directly in Google Maps. Contact results, comments and history are stored by MapCaller
and shown again when the same business is opened. A separate CRM is not required
for this basic contact workflow.
How does MapCaller work for teams?
Users can work within the same organization and share contact history according to
their permissions. This helps reduce duplicate outreach to the same business.
The organization Owner controls subscription and commercial actions, while other
team members can perform the operations allowed by their assigned role without
automatically receiving Owner billing authority.
How much does MapCaller cost?
The current base price is USD 5 per month for each paid user seat.
The total subscription amount depends on the number of seats selected.
The current amount and subscription parameters are shown before payment is confirmed.
MapCaller does not currently offer a public free trial.
How do refunds work?
Refund availability and applicable conditions depend on the type of payment and
the rules that apply to your subscription. If a refund option is available for
the first payment, it is shown in the Billing section of your account.

Does MapCaller scrape or bulk-export data from Google Maps?
No. MapCaller is not designed for bulk scraping or for automatically building
databases from Google Maps information. It assists the user with a specific business
that the user has already opened and can see in the Google Maps interface.
How does WhatsApp contact work?
When a valid phone number is available for the selected business, MapCaller can
prepare a WhatsApp contact action. Phone and WhatsApp actions use the same normalized
international phone number. If the phone number or its country cannot be resolved
reliably, MapCaller should not invent or guess a WhatsApp number.
How do I get started with MapCaller?
Install the MapCaller extension, sign in with a supported Google account and complete
the initial setup. A new Owner creates an organization, accepts the current legal
documents and activates the subscription. After the subscription is confirmed as active,
the extension becomes ready for use. If you are joining an existing team, use the
invitation provided by the organization Owner.
How do payment and subscription renewal work?
The organization Owner starts the commercial subscription through the secure Stripe
payment flow. MapCaller does not receive or store the full payment card number.
The subscription renews according to its billing period until it is cancelled.
The number of paid seats and the current subscription status can be reviewed
in the Billing section.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The organization Owner manages the subscription from the Billing section.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the subscription terms and does not
automatically mean that a payment already made will be refunded.
The effective access date and applicable financial conditions are shown in the service
and governed by the Billing, Renewal and Refund Policy.
